Eligibility Criteria of PHE Assam Recruitment
Educational Qualification: 3 (Three) years Diploma Course in Civil Engineering from any Institution recognized by AICTE.

Age: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not older than 38 years old as on 01/01/2020.
The upper age limit can be relaxed:
(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years.
(iii) For Persons with Disability (PWD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of candidate.
Other Criteria:
The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(i) As proof of residency, the candidate must present a PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes.
Or
(ii) The candidate must present an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate from the state of Assam.
