Eligibility Criteria of DLSA Baksa Recruitment 2021
1. He or she needs to be an Indian national.
2. The applicants should be literate, preferably matriculate with a capacity for over all comprehension and should have mind-set to help the less fortunate members of society while also demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a desire to see the downtrodden and weaker segments of society elevated.
3. Ideal candidates for PLV selection would be those that prioritize helping the less fortunate members of society over the money they make from their work as PLVs.
Age: The required minimum age to be considered as a paralegal volunteer should not be less than 21 years as on the date of advertisement.
Pay:The work of PLVs does not carry any salary, remuneration or wages except honorarium fixed by District Legal Services Authority, Baksa from time to time, as per rules.
How to apply: As stated in the Assam Gazette application in Part-IX along with two (2) copies of passport size photographs, one self addressed envelope with relevant testimonials attested by a Gazetted Officer must reach in the Office of the District Legal Services Authority, Baksa by 04:30 PM on August 4, 2021, or before.
