Educational Qualification: Class-VIII Passed.
Citizenship: Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and citizens of India as defined by Articles 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution.
Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: In addition to the application form, the candidate must present the Employment Exchange Registration Certificate issued by the State of Assam.
Age: As of January 1, 2021, a candidate's age cannot be lower than 18 or higher than 40. Upper age limit: OBC/MOBC: 43 years old; SC/ST: 45 years old; Ex-Serviceman: 42 years old; and Persons with Disability: 50 Years as per existing Govt. norms.
