Eligibility Criteria of Income Tax Department recruitment 2021:

1. Income Tax Inspector

No. of post: 01

Pay scale: Rs.9,300 to Rs.34,800/- per Month.

Educational qualification:

• The Candidates must have degree from a recognized University or equivalent

2. Tax Assistant

No. of post: 04

Pay scale:Rs.5,200 to Rs.20,200/- per Month

Educational qualification:

• Degree from a recognized University or equivalent
•  Having Data Entry Speed of 8,000 Key depressions per hour

3. Stenographer Grade-II

No. of post: 03

Pay scale: Rs.5,200 to Rs.20,200/- per Month

Educational qualification:

• 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized board or University
• Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute
• Transcription: 50 words per minute (English) or 65 words per minute (Hindi) (Only on Computer)

4.  Multi-Tasking Staff

No. of post: 06

Pay scale:Rs.5,200 to Rs.20,200/- per Month

Educational qualification:

• 10th class pass or equivalent from a recognized board or University

Age Limit of Income Tax Department recruitment 2021:

Relaxation of Age:

• 5 years for General/ OBC candidates
• 10 years in case of SC/ ST candidates (As per Govt. of India instructions for meritorious Sportspersons)

Selection Process :

Subject to fulfilling of the qualification against Sl. No. 02 (Educational Qualifications). The applications shall be scrutinized and suitable candidates will be shortlisted for the further selection procedure. For selection, the short-listed candidate will be required to appear for an interview, and if further required, the players may be required to undergo a ground/ proficiency test also.
