Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline (Arts, Science, or Commerce)

Desired Qualification: Candidate must have 1 (One) year Computer Diploma / Certificate from Govt. Recognized Institute / University.

Experience: The candidate must have at least 1 (one) year of experience in the same field and have knowledge of MIS and other web related works. Preference shall be given to individuals who have earlier knowledge with the health sector.

Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 21 years old or not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2021. According to government regulations, the upper age limit can be relaxed.

Application with self attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age Proof, Caste, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card, Computer Diploma Certificate etc along with 3 (three) copies of present passport size photograph duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side should be attached with the application form.
