Essential Qualification:
# The candidate must be a graduate with 1st class in any discipline from a recognized university.
# The candidate should have the computer knowledge having minimum 1 year Computer Advance Diploma (ADCA).
# He / She must have good knowledge of both Assamese and English language with good communication skill.
