Eligibility Criteria of Indian Army Women Soldier GD Recruitment
Age: 17 ½ - 21 years. In the case of widows of defense personnel who have passed away while wearing a harness, the upper age limit will be loosened to 30 years of age (as of the date of entering training).
Educational Qualification:
# Others: Class 10th/ Matric pass with 45% mks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Boards using the D Grade (33%–40%) grading scheme in individual subjects or equivalent of grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.
# Gorkhas (Nepalese & Indian): Class 10 simple pass
Physical Requirements:
Height: 152 cms. Those who are from the Northeast region, Gorkhas, and Garhwalies will be given 4 cms height relaxation.
Weight: In accordance with Army medical standards, proportionate to age and height.
