Educational Qualification:
a. The candidates must be graduates of an accredited university in any field.
b. Candidates must hold a diploma or certificate valid for at least 6 months in Computer Application from a recognized institute. They must be proficient in the use of office productivity applications, including Internet processing, Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and DTP (English/Assamese).
