Educational Qualification for DHS Assam ICU Technician Recruitment 2020:
10+2 (Science) passed with diploma in ICU Technology course from Govt. recognized Institute.
Age Criteria for DHS Assam ICU Technician Recruitment 2020:
The candidate's age as of January 1, 2020, cannot be less than 18 nor greater than 40.
Government regulations permit a relaxation of the upper age limit -
For OBC Candidates - 3 Years
For SC, ST(P), ST(H) Candidates - 5 years
How to Register for 2020 DHS Assam Recruitment:
Interested parties must complete the online application forms found on the Directorate of Health Services, Assam's official website (www.dhs.assam.gov.in) w.e.f. 24th Sept to 28th Sept 2020 till midnight.
At the time of document verification, the original copies of the following documents—along with photocopies of all certificates, etc.—must be submitted:
(a) Two (2) recent passport-sized color photos that have been properly self-attested.
(b) Birth Certificate/ HSLC Admit/ HSLC Board Pass Certificate for age Proof.
(c) All university and board pass certificates starting with HSLC.
(d) Caste Certificate (where applicable).
(e) Permanent residentship certificate/ Domicile Certificate (if any)
(f) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
(g) Where appropriate, the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate.
