Educational Qualifications & Medical Fitness: Bachelor’s degree from any University recognized by Govt. of India. SHAPE-1 or equivalent
Experience: An officer having 5 years of commissioned service in the Army, Navy, or Air Force at the matrix level of the 7th CPC or with grade pay of Rs. 5400/-of the 6th Pay Commission.

A police officer who is Gazetted, Paramilitary, or employed by the Central Police Organization and has at least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of grade pay of Rs. 5,400 under the 6th Pay Commission or at matrix level 10 under the 7th Pay Commission.
Pay Scale: Apart from additional allowances like DA, HRA, etc. in accordance with bank rules, Rs. 48170-1740/1-49910-1990/10-69810.
Selection Process of Punjab National Bank Recruitment
(a) Interview results will be used to make the decision. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to draft an essay or letter, and their writing abilities will be evaluated. Only meeting the requirements for qualifying does not guarantee a candidate's call for consideration.
(b) Only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted for interviews.
