MHRB, Assam Recruitment 2020 : Apply For Registrar Vacancy In Assam Govt.

Medical and Health Recruitment Board (MHRB), Assam  released an advertisement to hire candidates for the recruitment of 9 Registrar vacancy in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine (TB & Chest) in Government Medical College Hospitals under Health & Family Welfare Department.

Administrative demands may cause the number of openings to change over time.

Pay: Rs. 57,700/- to Rs. 1,82,400/- PM (Academic Level-10) in addition to any additional allowable benefits under Rules.

Age: As on January 1, 2020, applicants must not be younger than 21 or older than 38.

The upper age limit is relaxable by (if applicable)-

i. 5 years for SC/ST candidates i.e. upto 43 years

ii. 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years as per Govt. notification No. ABP.6/2016/9 dated 25.04.2018.

iii. For applicants in the general category and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) by ten years, regardless of SC, ST, or OBC, per government notification No. ABP.144/95/121 dated 28.10.2015.

Qualification:

A minimum of an MD or DNB in Respiratory/Pulmonary Medicine degree from a University recognized under Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Board of Examination (NBE), and the applicant needs to be registered with the MCl or Assam Medical Council.

Application Fee: 

Applications must be submitted with the necessary application fee of Rs. 250/- (rupees two hundred fifty) only for candidates under the general category and Rs. 150/- (rupees one hundred fifty) only for OBC/MOBC/SC/ST(P)/ST (H) candidate.

Applicants who possess a PWD or BPL certificate are exempt from paying an application fee.
